LOCATION: Finding hidden locations at home and abroad is their specialty. They will recommend sites for the rehearsal dinner and the wedding ceremony and reception, and will give tours to help a couple find the perfect spot.
VENDORS: From invitations to flowers, caterer, cake, and entertainment, they will discover and procure what best suits a client’s needs. They work with the finest vendors to create the most memorable experience. Testimonials
DESIGN: With their wealth of design experience, they can create the whole event or bring a client’s own vision to life.
PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT AND EVENT DAY COORDINATION: Kristi and Rebecca are the point persons for everything. They coordinate all aspects of production as needed the week prior to, and on the event day. They hold client and vendor meetings as required during the planning stages and attend the wedding rehearsal. On the event day, they coordinate set-up for the ceremony and reception, and supervise the strike at the conclusion. In addition, their valuable staff assists wherever needed.
SCHEDULING: To ensure things run smoothly, a detailed production schedule is created for the bridal party, vendors, and family. Nothing is left to chance; vendors know where they need to be, and family and wedding party guests are informed early of important weekend and event day activities.
GUEST SERVICES: Once the location has been picked, it is time to book client and guest accommodations. Kristi and Rebecca can negotiate room blocks, as well as put together welcome baskets and provide suggestions for travel, local entertainment, dining, and other travel details.
OTHER EVENTS: Kristi and Rebecca are available to help coordinate and plan additional events surrounding the wedding including the rehearsal dinner, bridal luncheon, golf tournament, spa day, farewell brunch, etc.
